This is a facsimile copy of the "Pennsylvania Packet" May 29, 1779 as published by John Dunlap. It has long article by Congress on the issues of the day, matters brought before Congress, and how they voted. Advertisements of the day range from lost shoe buckles to a found cow, "who's owner is desired to come prove his property, pay charges and take her away!" It is printed on modern laid paper of correct creamy color, and every word is clearly readable. The price for it then was 2 shillings, 6 pence.
