We copied these from the set in "Neumann's Encyclopedia." They're made with the characteristic "pistol grip" handle and are neatly finished in rosewood with steel bolsters. The fork tine points fit into protective grooves in the handle when closed. The sheath is made of heavy 8-10 ounce leather. These handmade eating utensils have an 18th century eye-appeal all of their own that will enhance the enjoyment of any Revolutionary War Soldier's meal. The length when closed is 4- 1/2" and measure 7-3/4" when opened.
