This shoulder carriage is made with a 2 1/4" wide white leather belt with a #52 brass buckle and a white frog. The frog is five inches long and, unless ordered for use with our dragoon's sword, will be furnished without the cut-out for the scabbard locket as the location of this varies with the scabbard being used. We copied this shoulder carriage from the American-British one in Neumann's "Swords & Blades of the American Revolution" as drawn by George Woodbridge, page 57.
