Terms of Sale
1. Prices may increase at any time.
2. Prices quoted are FOB Valley Forge, or other point of origin. Please be sure to include sufficient postage with your remittance, otherwise we must hold up the order or ship with delivery charges collect. Any overpayment will be refunded.
3. Shipping charges are as follows:
| Orders up to $15.00 | ................................... | $5.00 |
| Orders from $15.01 to $30.00 | ................................... | $7.00 |
| Orders from $30.01 to $60.00 | ................................... | $8.00 |
| Orders from $60.01 to $100.00 | ................................... | $10.00 |
| Orders from $100.01 to $150.00 | ................................... | $12.00 |
| Orders from $150.01 and up | ................................... | add 10% |
4. If transit damage is noted on arrival you must file a claim immediately with the delivering carrier. Also, please be sure to notify us at once so we can track the claim from our side as well. Your satisfaction is our primary concern and we'll do all we can to help you.
5. A 10% restocking charge will be made to cover handling of all goods returned NOT WANTED. This will not apply to goods found to be defective.
6. There is a minimum order of $10.00 FOR GOODS ONLY.
7. Custom made items are not returnable and all such sales are final.
8. Return shipments must start back to us within five days of receipt and must be received at Valley Forge in the same condition as when it left here.
9. If you believe any item is defective, write or call us BEFORE you return it and describe the problem as fully as you can - a return may not be necessary. Our daytime phone number is (610) 783 0670.
