Sash, Officer: [#231] Tassel type, correct magenta color, copied from the original in the Valley Forge
Museum which was owned by George Washington. This sash has 7" tassels each end,
multiple folded, was intended to open into a sort of stretcher in which the officer could
be carried from the battlefield when wounded. Please advise waist size.
Sash, Officer: [#231B] Similar to #231 above, but having imported ball-type tassels at each
end. Please advise waist size.
Sash, Officer: [#231BW] Similar to #231 above, having an imported ball-type tassel and made
with a special woven net fabric. Please advise waist size.
Sash, Officer: [#231C] Similar to #231 above, having a ball-type tassel and made
with a special woven net fabric, however unlike the other sashes cannot be used as a stretcher. Please advise waist size.
Sash, British Sergeant: [#231S] 3" wide, 4" tassels each end. Red on the outer edges with the facing
color in the center. Imported from England. I can furnish these for most British Regiments
upon request. Please be sure to give us your waist measurement, and advise facings color
or send us a color sample.
Sash, American Sergeant: [#231SA] New sources indicate that these were definitely use by Americans. 3" wide,
113" long including fringe tassel. Crimson. Please advise waist size.
Sash, Scottish: [#211] Worm over the shoulder. Overall length is 88". (not
