Dutch Ovens
: I have located a source for authentic Dutch Ovens, having the three feet and the heavy flanged lid which permits coals to be heaped on top of, as well as around the oven for this type of cooking. These come to us as grey iron. Comes with standard steel bales as shown in the smaller 2-quart capacity oven. The 8-quart oven shows a special handmade bale (#2KBA) which is hinged in the middle, thus permitting its use onjust about any size kettle 14" in diameter or smaller.
