American Bayonet Shoulder Carriage [#47] The American "rebels" rarely had enough material such as leather so they made do with what was available. This copy of a bayonet shoulder carriage used only a little leather while the strap was made from folded and sewn linen. Revolutionary War period.
F&I Bayonet Shoulder Carriage [#47FI] Very similar to our other American Bayonet Shoulder Carriage, except the frog is larger and dates from the French & Indian War period. These saw service in the Revolution along with any other equipment that could be salvaged from the earlier conflict.
